How do I place my long distance calls with EldanCall?
You access the EldanCall network by dialing a local or toll free access number and make your long distance call, after such. You do not need to switch carriers or even notify your phone company of your decision to use EldanCall.
Where Can I Use EldanCall Long Distance From?
You can use our service from any phone in Canada or the United States. So, this means that whether it is your residential line, office number or your cellphone, you will still be able to access your account, and enjoy the savings that we bring to your long distance calling!
What Currency are your rates advertised in?
All prices and rates are in Canadian currency.
Is there a monthly fee for EldanCall?
There is not a monthly fee for using EldanCall. However, if you signup for one of our package specials, then a monthly fee will be applied to your account for the duration of your time using that special package.
What are the billing increments used by EldanCall?
All calls are charged per second, that means that we do not cheat you by charging you for seconds that you have not used. For example, if your call lasts for 5 minutes and 25 seconds, it will then be billed at 5 minutes and 25 seconds, not 5 minutes and 30 seconds, or 6 minutes. Honesty is a foundational policy at EldanCall.
Are there any hidden charges or extra fees that I should be made aware of?
No, there are no connection fees, hang-up charges, monthly fees or minimum usage requirements when you signup and use EldanCall.
How many phone numbers can I associate with my EldanCall account?
You can access EldanCall from upto 10 numbers. When calling from a number you have not had the chance to register yet, you will be required to dial a PIN. Simply call Customer Service to assign one to your account or activate Direct Dial for your new phone number from the ECPortal.
How do I log in to my EldanCall online account?
After signing up and confirming your account, please visit our homepage: www.eldancall.com. Your username is the email address you have on file with us. Your password is randomly generated when you recieve your confirmation email. It is always advisable to change your default password to something that only you can remember when you first login to your account.
Can I place consecutive calls with EldanCall without calling the access number each time?
Yes. Stay on the line after your first call, press ** and dial the next phone number. Easy.
